You’ve created a meeting! Now it’s time to send out your meeting link and invite your attendees.
Click on the ‘Copy Group Link’ button and paste it into an email, calendar invite, or your favorite group messenger app to send it out to others. At this point, you have not started the meeting so you can always save this link and return later to begin the group. The meeting link will be available for 7 days. Any of your attendees who click the link will be prompted to login to RightNow Media if they have not already done so. Once logged in, they will be sent to the Camera/Mic check screen (Waiting area) until you, as the facilitator, start the group.

Once you are ready to start, click on the ‘Start Virtual Group’ to navigate to the Camera/Mic check screen which allows you to preview your camera and mic settings before officially starting the group session.
***Only start the group when you are actually ready to begin. The time limits for the group will begin as soon as you start the meeting. See more about limits here.

Check to ensure everything is set for you, then click the ‘Join Virtual Group’ button to begin!

As each attendee joins, you’ll see their video or profile picture in the top attendee row.
You can also see the full list of attendees by clicking on the Attendee list button from the side bar navigation.

If at any time you need to invite someone after the group has started, you can click the ‘Copy Group Link’ button at the bottom of the page to copy the meeting link again and send it to them.
