Adding a Custom Channel
The RightNow team is excited that we can now offer your organization an entire library of customizable channels, using all 5 types of video content. You can create as many, or as few, channels as you like. The account owner is the person who will have access to add and customize your channels. Here's how you can get started:
First, log in to RightNow Media and select your organization's custom library from the menu on the left side of the page. It will be named after your organization.
Next, use the "Add New Channel" window to name your channel and choose the type of content it will include. Then choose "Create New Channel." To learn more about the types of content visit our article on Types of Content.
From here, you can click on the buttons shown below to open the curation manager and begin adding content. However . . .
The best way to add content to your custom library is to just go browse all of the content on our site. If you find something you like you can use the "Add to Channel" button shown below.
You will then select the channel to which you would like this content to be added.
Once you have populated your channel, you have controls (shown below) to edit, arrange, activate/deactivate, or delete your custom channel. Deactivating a channel will hide it from everyone else in your organization, so you can build out the channel before releasing it to your organization.
