Your contact list stores all the people in your church who are using RightNow. Think of it like your church's address book.
There are a few ways to add people to the contact list:
1. SENDING A TRAINING POST
As you create, customize and send training you will be able to send that training to new or existing contacts. Just like sending an email you can enter in email addresses in the "TO" box and your training post will be sent to these new contacts. These new contacts will also automatically be added to your contacts list. Now it will be even easier to send training to these contacts in the future because their information will already be stored in your contacts list.
2. CONTACTS icon in the navigation bar
For Owners and Admins, by clicking on CONTACTS in the navigation bar you will see your entire contacts list. From this screen you can add email addresses to the white box in the blue-green banner to add additional USERS or ADMINS. For Users, click on Invite Others and follow the same steps.
You might be adding USERS because they are Bible study teachers and you want them to have instant access to all the great video in the Bible Study Library and the Leadership Events Library. Users can only invite other Users.
You might be adding ADMINS because you want them to be able to send training to other leaders in your church and/or have instant access to all the great video in the Bible Study Library and the Leadership Events Library. Admins can invite Users and other Admins.
