Email systems can be tricky because they do not all work the exact same way and modifications by the email provider can be managed individually. Check the following possibilities if your are experiencing issues receiving email notifications from RightNow:
- Check to be sure that you are entering the email addresses properly into RightNowMedia.org. If you are inviting multiple people at the same time, you will need to separate their email addresses with a comma.
- If the addresses are being entered correctly, there's a possibility that a SPAM or junk filter is preventing the email from reaching the user's inbox. Check to make sure email@example.com is an approved address.
- If the two options above do not solve the issue, please check with the system administrator of the email provider. It's common for administrators to setup specific rules to block unrecognized addresses. If the invites are all being sent to the same organization (similar email addresses) then it's likely that the organization is blocking or filtering the invitation email.
