Missing Video URL Error
If you are seeing an error message when viewing a video that you uploaded to a RightNow Media training post, this indicates that the embed code that references your video is missing or inactive. In most cases this happens if the video element that your training post references from your "My Elements" page was deleted or changed. If this is a video that you uploaded prior to early 2014, please read below.
Videos uploaded 2 or more years ago
In the past, we used a service called LimeLight to deliver video content that churches uploaded to a training post. As our ministry grew, we found Vimeo to be a much more reliable option moving forward so a couple years ago we made the decision to switch to a different content delivery network. We have completed the process of moving all of our content over but unfortunately there were a handful of videos that were uploaded by churches to Limelight which we have no access to. In these cases, it's likely that you still have the original video file on your computer since it would have been something that you had access to in order to upload it. What you can do is upload that same video file to Vimeo.com or YouTube using the steps here: https://support.rightnow.org/entries/21664858
